We sculpt a fluid, multi-day experience that evolves with the sun—transitioning effortlessly from an unscripted, sun-slurred poolside welcome prelude to the main high-energy ceremony day, and finishing with a relaxed recovery session. It's an immersive weekend takeover where the design language shifts beautifully from chapter to chapter.
Local Greek VAT is included. Individual venue buyout fees, multi-day catering protocols, and vendor travel costs are customized upon our diagnostic breakdown.

For destination takeovers across the Cyclades (Ios, Sifnos, Syros), the Athenian Riviera, and the Peloponnese, a standardized destination logistics & travel flat-rate is calculated during your diagnostic call to keep your final invoicing entirely transparent, predictable, and free of surprise expenses.

For grand-scale celebrations, complex island installations (across Ios, Sifnos, or the Riviera), and heavy architectural floral builds. We partner directly with Greece’s premier elite floral brands, co-designing the space alongside them while they manage the high-volume international logistics and separate service contracts.

We curate your celebration’s visual brand identity so that every piece of print—from the first digital save-the-date to the late-night menu cards—feels completely synchronized.
The Print Curation Suite
We act as your personal graphic editor. We select, adapt, and refine high-end typography layouts, custom color codes, and artistic graphic elements, tailoring them entirely to your wedding's specific mood board. We manage the entire layout process for your invitations, day-of menus, place cards, and welcome signage, ensuring everything looks intentional, polished, and beautifully balanced.
Local Greek VAT is included. This investment covers curation, layout manipulation, and digital design proofing time. Physical paper sourcing, premium printing production methods (like letterpress or foil stamping), signage production, and final shipping logistics are invoiced separately based on your guest count.

The Financials
To officially lock your date on our boutique calendar, we require an initial non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining investment is broken down into structured, predictable installments leading up to the big day.

We treat our couples like family, but we protect our focus so we can deliver excellence. We trade messy midnight text threads for scheduled, high-efficiency diagnostic calls and organized digital dashboards where you can see your wedding come to life in real-time.
