Eleni and Asad aren't your typical "save the date" magnets. This was a Gen-Z ditching of the script for something that actually felt like them. After a first day of cookout at Loggia Sifnos, Day Two was all about lean-in abandon and zero pretense. It all began with a rainy pool brunch and ended at Bostani Sifnos for a dinner that felt more like an underground supper club than a wedding reception. The master behind it? No other than Simul's chef-patron extraordinare and MasterChef consultant Nick Thomas. While the Sifnos sky stayed chilly, the vibe was kept electric by Kopria Store’s indie-chic florals—think less "symmetrical bouquet" and more "architectural art." Between the farm-to-table feast, the flowing cocktails, and a guest list made up exclusively of their favorite humans, it was proof that you don't need a gown to have a "white-hot" celebration. No staging, no fluff, just a three-day Sifnos takeover that broke every rule in the bridal book.
